I suspect it will be the same for Evil Within. While you are normally right Wolfenstein the New Order (which also uses the Rage engine) was about 43 GB of which you had to download the entire thing. The game would be compressed for downloading and unpacked once complete, Steam downloads are typically much smaller than the installed size. We won't know for sure until the game becames available for pre-loading but I doubt it's going to be as large as a 50GB download. Rage was a 21GB download so this will probably be around the same. This is using the same engine as Rage and doesn't appear to have large open areas.
Steam download is likely going to be anwhere in the neighborhood of 15GB to 25GB. I'm sure at least 50GB free space on hdd is required with an installed size of 41GB. Originally posted by Iwantedpotatosbutgotfrenchspies:^likely not totally correct.
